The aging of an aluminum profile is just carried out inside an ageing furnace.
The charging-car-free and lengthened-pattern aging furnace is a new aging furnace, and it mainly has a few following aspects better than a traditional aging furnace:
It does not need a charging car, and a charging bin is directly placed on a supporting chain, and together with the chain, passes into and out of the furnace cavity, making the furnace cavity relatively reduced, making full use of the active volume of the furnace cavity, economizing more energy and raising productivity;
It is adapted to aluminum profiles of different length specifications, with numerous aluminum profiles in each heat aging so as to raise productivity;
The circulating blower adopted in the furnace is a squirrel-wheel double suction blower. The blower's low noise, high efficiency and big air volume plus a timing commutation mechanism built in the circulating air flue make the temperature difference between the front and back parts inside the furnace small, thus ensuring the high quality of a product;
The furnace is applicable to different fuels such as diesel oil, power gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, etc.
