Multi-Billet Heating & Hot Log Shear Furnace

The long bar hot shearing furnace is a new furnace for heating and shearing aluminum bars designed for eliminating the flaws in the uses of an old short bar heating furnace. Long bar heating furnaces are classified into furnaces for heating and shearing a single long bar (FHSSLB) and furnaces for heating and shearing many long bars (FHSMLB). For a long bar heating and shearing furnace (LBHSF), the structure is reasonable, furnace body is airtight, thermal insulation is good and thermal efficiency is high. While a FHSSLB is being used, the length of an aluminum bar can be adjusted at any time, being convenient for production. Its cutting off and using aluminum bars helps avoiding wasting raw materials, unlike an old furnace which saws off aluminum bars. The FHSMLB is suitable for various different fuels such as diesel oil, power gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal...Etc., can store many aluminum bars at a time, and the aluminum bars have longer warm-up time in the furnace. This heating method has certain effects of homogenization treatment. Since its being put into market, the furnace has been deeply enjoyed and adopted by numerous users.
